Almost every brand is creating their own lipstick palette – they are practical, space-saving and easy to carry anywhere.
Today I will be reviewing a lipstick palette from my favorite brand: Urban Decay.
Urban Decay Vice Lipstick Palette is a limited edition palette that includes 12-pans of lipstick with all shades from the brand’s permanent range of colors. Maybe many of you know that last year Urban Decay launched 120 different lipsticks under their Vice collection.
They created two lipstick palettes with 12 Vice colours each in Junkie and Blackmail. A single Vice lipstick costs around € 20,- and the palette costs € 35,95. (www.douglas.at) So this palette saves you a lot of money if you want to try many colours from their lipstick range.
This palette is soo gorgeous and looks really luxurious. The palette comes with a large mirror and a lipstick brush.
In my opinion when it comes to packaging, Urban Decay always has the best designs and the products look very pricy!
The best part of the packaging is the interior. When you open the palette, there is a plastic shield that covers the actual lipstick pans. The quality of this palette is just amazing!
The palette comes with a retractable lipstick brush and it is great for applying lipstick on your lips. The quality of this brush is really really great!
From up to down: Disturbed, 714, Carneval, Safe World, Studded and Whip
From up to down: Wrath, Big Bang, Firebird, Vanity Kills, Speedball and Junkie
Personal opinion: Honestly, I don´t know how often I will use the green shade, but all the other shades are just beautiful. The color selection is awesome, though there are a couple I most likely wont use, I would say there is something for everybody here. What I love about this palette is the mix of everyday lipstick neutrals and that you can also mix the colors. The fomulas are smooth and super pigmented. The price is great: for the price of two regular lipsticks you get all these 12 colours in a palette!
Lots of love,
