Who has to fight with pimples/acne just like me? Over the time I had the chance to test many products which should help me to get rid of pimples/acne. In my teenage time, I had to fight with an extreme acne. I tried many creams but nothing helped and I had to consult a doctor. She gave me some pills to take for a period of 6 months and I finally got rid of acne. But every now and then I tend to get some pimples which I totally hate. In this post I want to show you products which help me to get better and clear skin.
Pixi by Petra Glow Tonic
I can’t put into words how much I love this product. In the last few weeks my skin got very dry. As if it was not enough, I got few pimples on my face too. And you can’t imagine the amounts of creams I tried to get rid of them. Nothing really worked and I was so desperate. Then I finally started trying this Glow Tonic by Pixi and can you believe within one (!) week my skin got better and the pimples were almost gone. The toner is enriched with 5% glycolic acid and it works as a gentle exfoliator and skin brightener. It targets the dead cells which live on the skin surface and my favorite ingredient Aloe Vera repairs skin damage and keeps the skin feeling smooth. I use it in the AM and PM after cleaning my skin.
Origins Out of Trouble Mask
I like to use face masks to give my skin the extra care. The Out of Trouble mask by Origins has super-absorbent zinc oxide and sulfur plus calming camphor. This is what the mask does: sop up oily-shine, slough off sticky, dead cells, and sweep away irksome debris. Whenever I get some bad breakouts I apply this mask on my whole face and leave it on for approx. 40 mins. I am more than satisfied with the results and it’s a life saver as well. It almost makes my pimples smaller or disappear and I can totally recommend it. I use it as a spot treatment for acne while I sleep too. The only thing which I don’t like is the smell. But as far as the mask delivers great results – I can live with the smell.
Drink Plenty of Water
I know this is something that you already know. But don’t underestimate the fact that water is an important nutrient for our body and skin.
However, if you have been fighting with acne for a long time, you should consult your doctor. These products really helped me with my skin. I hope they work for you as well.
Lots of love,
